ROX just seems to be on a buzz at the moment!
ROX were nominated as one of four finalists in the category of “Independent/Small Multiple Retailer of the Year 2009″.
The Scottish Retail Excellence Awards were created by the Scottish Daily Record and Scottish Business Insider, with support from the Scottish Retail Consortium, to honour the retail sector’s top achievers and to recognise excellence in all areas of retail throughout Scotland.
How did we get on? We only won!
For all those who like to attend an event, the red carpet was rolled out in Argyll Arcade, Braehead and Silverburn this weekend.
Why?………………….. All of the team got in on the ROXStar feel of things.

Well it’s the Monday after the weekend before……………
We saw the launch of our ROXStar campaign and some rather jazzy images appearing in the national press with Kartarine Brown and Amanda Hendrick who were transformed into ROXStars for a day.
Combining high fashion brands from various ROX collections we achieved a vibrant and exiting shoot.

ROX’s new flagship store in the north east of Scotland is now open. After a successful launch on Thursday the 29th of October our impressive 1,353 sq ft boutique – ROX’s biggest to date – is located on the ground floor at Aberdeen’s Union Square.
Union Square boasts a superb location for shoppers in the heart of Aberdeen and brings new brands to Aberdeen for the first time including Apple, Yo Sushi and Hollister.
Speaking about the new store opening Kyron said: “We’re thrilled with the response we have received in Aberdeen so far. It was hard work to get the shop open on time but it’s been worth it. This has been our most successful shop opening to date.”

Congratulations to the first two winners of 102.5 Clyde One’s ‘New York ROX’ competition – Luciana Verrecchia and Shirley McWilliams.
Luciana collected her prize from the ROX Argyll Arcade, awarded by the Store Supervisor Debbie Chung and Shirley McWilliams collected her prize from ROX Braehead, awarded by the store manager Cara Neeson.
Luciana and Shirley are both delighted with their Links of London Sweetie bracelet and Big Apple Charm. They will both shortly be whisked away to New York with Continental Airlines where they will be able to live like real ‘ROX Star’s!’
