All orders dispatched by ROX are sent via Royal Mail and Fed Ex. All orders require a signature upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your order goes missing once it has left ROX, the following procedures apply.
Due to postal carrier regulations, orders are not declared as ‘lost in post’ until a specific number of days elapses because there is a chance that your order may still be delivered late. Before a claim can be raised for an order 'lost in post', the follow time periods must have passed without delivery of your order:
Days until item is declared 'Lost in Post'
|UK standard delivery via Recorded Delivery:||15 working days|
|UK express delivery via Special Delivery:||10 working days from last status update|
|Items sent to Europe / International:||20 working days|
Once the numbers of days have elapsed, we will re-issue your order or cancel your order and refund any monies paid depending on your preference.
If your order has been signed for but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours who may have taken receipt of the parcel on your behalf. You can check the signature on the Royal Mail website at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
If you are still unable to locate the parcel, then please let us know immediately so we can make a compliant to Royal Mail. The time taken for to resolve a complaint with Royal Mail can vary depending on the actions required.
In the first instance, Royal Mail will make an enquiry with the Delivery Officer, which in most cases are concluded within 48 hours.
If the enquiry cannot be resolved within 48 hours, we will need to submit a claim form to Royal Mail. This is more common in instances where receipt is denied (i.e. there is a signature for the parcel but you do not recognise this). In this case, Royal Mail will undertake a mail fraud investigation and you may be contacted by the Police. Please more that claims can take up to 30 days to be resolved.
Once the claim has been resolved, we can then re-issue your order or cancel your order and refund any monies paid depending on your preferences.
We will of course do our best to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible, but we are restricted by the above procedures and policies.

To find your ring size, you can download and print our Ring & Finger Sizer. Click here to download.
When you print out the Ring and Finger Sizer make sure that you print at 100%. Do not select the 'scale to fit page' or 'shrink to fit page' option. You should check that the print is the correct size by measuring the 4cm line printed at the bottom using a ruler.
The Ring and Finger Sizer should be used as a guide only. For the greatest accuracy, please pop into your local jewellers who should be happy to measure your finger for you.
Contact us if you can't find your ring size on our web site. It's likely that we’ll be able to special order the ring for you.
If your ring arrives and it doesn't fit, send it back to us with your preferred finger size and we'll re-size the ring for you. Our rings are sized using a laser technique to ensure a high quality finish.
Your first re-sizing is free of charge. Further re-sizings are subject to a small charge depending on how many sizes the ring is being altered.
The standard lengths of our chains are either 16 inches or 18 inches. We have now also introduced an adjustable length chain with fastenings at 16 and 18 inches.

Yes, ROX is an Official stockist of every brand that is featured on www.rox.co.uk.
When you open an item on our web site, the Diamond Guide section describes the Cut, Colour, Clarity, Carat Weight, Polish, Symmetry and Proportions.
Each diamond is handpicked and graded by our in-house gemologist using the state of the art equipment to determine the colour, cut and clarity. The diamond is supplied with a Diamond Report from us that confirms the details shown in the diamond guide section.
To give you extra piece of mind, many of our diamonds are also supplied with an independent Diamond Report from the GIA, IGI, HRD or EGL - the world’s leading diamond grading laboratories. If your diamond is supplied with an independent Diamond Report, you can view the report by clicking on the View Report button under the picture.
If there are no details in the Diamond Guide section, then it should be no lower than H colour and I1 clarity. Email or call us and we'll take look at the diamond and give you an indication of its colour and clarity.
I've seen a two diamonds on your site with very similar specifications but one has a slightly
better colour. Why are they the same price?
We handpick our diamonds from parcels and occasionally we'll find a diamond with superior presence and beauty at a great price. On this occasion, even though the diamond with the slightly higher grading is more valuable that the other diamond, we have passed the saving onto you, the customer. They're both beautiful diamonds - the diamond with the higher grading is just better value.
Because our diamonds are sourced directly from the world's leading diamond cutting centres, we cut out the diamond dealers who act as middlemen to the cutting centres. We pass any savings that we make to our customers.
We also buy our diamonds before they are graded by the IGI. We buy the diamonds without a certificate, we grade the diamonds and then we send it to the IGI for certification. Pre-certified diamonds can carry a premium over loose stones without a certificate. That's why our diamonds are superior quality at the most competitive prices.
Our diamonds are sourced from various locations around the world including Canada, Africa, Australia and Russia.
We only trade with suppliers that provide us with written guarantees that their diamonds are conflict free.
Conflict diamonds are those sold in order to fund armed conflict and civil wars. Profits from the trade in conflict diamonds are used to buy arms.
All invoices for the sale of diamonds and jewellery containing diamonds to us include a written guarantee that states they are conflict free.
Help stop the trade in conflict diamonds. Ask for conflict-free.
ROX offers a high quality and comprehensive jewellery repairs service. Highly skilled, experienced goldsmiths undertake all our jewellery repairs. Please check in store for repair charges.
Visit ROX at least once a year to have your jewellery professionally cleaned and checked. Don’t wear your jewellery while doing heavy or rough work and avoid contact with gritty substances. Even though a diamond is durable, it can be chipped by a hard blow.
Remove your jewellery when applying everyday lotions such as sunscreen and perfume. Lotions create a film on your jewellery and can even penetrate some porous coloured gemstones. Don’t let your jewellery come in contact with chlorine bleach or harsh chemicals when you are doing household chores.
Store each item of jewellery separately to avoid scratches. Keep chains fastened and lay them flat so they don’t get tangled up.
Clean your jewellery periodically. Gently rub platinum, gold and silver jewellery with a jewellery Cloth to maximize the shine. Diamonds can be brought to life by careful cleaning with a soft brush or jewellery cleaner. Don’t use abrasive cleaners on your jewellery. We recommend using Forever Precious Jewellery Cloths and Jewellery Cleaner available at ROX. Always rinse and dry your jewellery thoroughly after cleaning.
Over time, platinum develops a natural patina that many people prefer over the “as new” appearance. When this happens, you can have your jewellery refurbished to Look like new again.
ROX offers this service for a small charge.
Pure gold is naturally yellow. It can be given a white appearance by mixing it with other base metals. All white gold jewellery is enhanced by rhodium plating to give a highly reflective appearance.
General wear, polishing or buffing will eventually result in the rhodium plating being removed. This is normal for white gold. To maintain the highly reflective rhodium finish of white gold jewellery, we advise that you have it periodically refurbished to look like new again.
ROX offers this service for a small charge.
Silver will tarnish over time. Regular cleaning and polishing will restore the original look of silver. Silver is a soft precious metal so re-adjusting of clasps and fittings may be required. You should treat catches, links and stems on earrings with particular care.
Your watch will require care and regular maintenance to ensure its accuracy and to protect its appearance. Each brand and model of watch has its own specific care guidelines and you should refer to the manufacturer’s instructions manual provided with your watch. Batteries should be changed by the manufacturer or approved service agent so that the seal can be checked and renewed if necessary. Remember to secure the winder/crown securely before swimming.
We provide a free valuation certificate for all purchases and we recommend your jewellery is re-valued every three years. If you have jewellery that hasn't been valued, then we strongly recommend you obtain a valuation as soon as possible. Our expert valuers carefully examine your jewellery and provide a written valuation. You receive a professional certificate, giving a detailed description of the items and a current value.
Lost, theft or damage of a personal item is always distressing. Insure your jewellery separately by taking out Forever Precious Jewellery Insurance to cover accidental loss theft or damage. Cover starts before you leave the store, making a claim is simple and there is no policy excess to pay. Ask your sales consultant to provide you with a quote when you purchase.
We are sorry to hear that you have experienced the trauma of a burglary. You’ll need to contact your insurance company immediately and they’ll ask you to get a jeweller to accurately assess the value of you claim. ROX offers free consultations to assess the value of your claim and we can prepare estimates for insurance replacement, including photographs, pre-loss valuations, damage reports and supporting documentation confirming details and prices of the items lost or damaged.
ROX is authorised by all of the leading insurers to supply replacement items direct to policy holders and we are authorised to accept LMG Gemcheck Vouchers. If your insurance company suggests an alternative jeweller that you are not happy to use or if they suggest a reduced cash settlement, we suggest you refer them to the Financial Ombudsman News, October 2001 here. The Financial Ombudsman ruled that policyholders should be allowed to choose where they purchase a replacement and they are entitled to a cash settlement if they cannot find an acceptable alternative. In such circumstances, the Financial Ombudsman regards it unreasonable for the insurer to make a deduction from the cash settlement to represent the discount it would have got if the policyholder had bought the replacement from one of the insurer’s nominated suppliers.
The great thing about the Sweetie bracelet is that you can add the charms yourself! There are five small split rings on each bracelet that charms can be put onto - just like you would keys on a keyring - meaning charms can be removed and changed as often as you like.
Unfortunately due to the material and the nature of the product the knot can loosen off during wear. This is not a manufacturing fault and the bracelet can be re-tied. Please bring your bracelet back into one of our stores and a member of team will happily re-tie the knot for you and provide you with instructions should this happen again. Alternatively, follow the instructions on the diagram below.
Once you have purchased your bracelet via itison, please click the product link from your itison confirmation email. This will take you straight to the product page on our website.
Please then select the ‘ADD TO BAG’ button. Your cart will appear. Click 'Proceed to Payment' and you will be asked to enter your personal details. Pick an option to either have your bracelet delivered to you, or to pick it up in store.
Select 'Pay Now'. The Payment screen appears. Click the 'Pay by Voucher' option on the right hand side. Insert your itison voucher code into the E-Voucher box and click 'Pay Now'. Your order confirmation should appear.
If you have purchased more than one voucher code from itison, you need to place two orders separately on our website. You can process your second order under the same details as the first, just enter your email address and password when requested.
If you see a watch at ROX you are interested in buying, you can trade in your old watch with us and use this as a deposit for a new watch. This can be done in three simple steps: Send us the details of your watch, we send you a quote and you send your watch to us and we issue you with a voucher to use as a deposit.
You can pay the remaining value of your new watch in cash, by card or by interest free credit.
