Our watch trade-in service

Trade in your old watch with ROX in three simple steps

Building a watch collection is a lifelong journey with big brand milestones along the way. However, there comes a time when your watch just isn’t cutting it and it’s time to invest in something new. By trading in your old watch, you can take your next step on the watch collection ladder in three simple steps: send us your details, receive your quote and trade-in your watch. You can then use the value of your old watch as a deposit for a new one at ROX.

Step 1 – Your details
First, we will need some details of your watch for us to make a valuation. This can be done online, or by visiting us in store and meeting with one of our Watch Experts. We will take you through the trade-in process ensuring it is simple and stress free.

When you’re trading in your old watch, we will need some information from you in order to give you a valuation. This information includes:

Watch model (with reference if known)

Condition of the watch (good, average, poor)

Date the watch warranty was registered

Name and address of dealer on warranty (if known)

Number of previous owners (if known)

If you have the original papers

If you have the original box

Any photos of the watch

Step 2 - Quote
Once we have received the details of your watch, we will provide you with a provisional valuation that you can use as a deposit for your new timepiece, subject to us inspecting the watch.

Once you have accepted this valuation, we move onto the final step. Your new watch is in sight!

Step 3 – Trade-in
Once we’ve agreed the valuation, you need to send the watch to us to be inspected and checked over. We’ll check the serial number on the watch matches the papers supplied and we’ll check if the watch is on the stolen register.

If we are happy with the watch, we will provide you with a voucher to spend that you can use as a deposit for your new watch whether you decide to buy online or in store.

To pay off the remaining balance for your new watch, you can pay by cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card or take out Interest Free Credit and spread the cost over up to 36 months.

It’s as simple as that. The only thing standing between you and the watch of your dreams is three simple steps.
