Once you have chosen the goods to purchase, you will be presented with your preferred payment option. You can either choose to pay by credit or debit card, or you can select the finance option. Due to postal carrier regulations, orders are not declared as ‘lost in post’ until a specific number of days elapses because there is a chance that your order may still be delivered late. In the first instance, Royal Mail will make an enquiry with the Delivery Officer, which in most cases are concluded within 48 hours.
If the enquiry cannot be resolved within 48 hours, we will need to submit a claim form to Royal Mail. This is more common in instances where receipt is denied (i.e. there is a signature for the parcel but you do not recognise this). In this case, Royal Mail will undertake a mail fraud investigation and you may be contacted by the Police. Please more that claims can take up to 30 days to be resolved.
Once the claim has been resolved, we can then re-issue your order or cancel your order and refund any monies paid depending on your preferences.
We will of course do our best to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible, but we are restricted by the above procedures and policies.
Orders under £150 can be shipped to a different address from your billing address? When you are directed to the billing address page, you should ensure that the address is the same as where your card is registered to. Once you have confirmed this you will be directed to a page where you can amend the address to where you wish the items to be delivered to. Yes, you can pay for the item online and choose to Collect In-store at the checkout stage. This service is offered by all of our stores. When you opt to Collect In-Store, we'll send you a confirmation email to say that your order is ready to collect.
We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that your order is returned within 14-days in its original condition, unworn, with the original packaging.
Your order is delivered to you with a ROX security tag attached. The security tag must not be removed and it must be fully intact when you return any item to entitle you to an exchange.
Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds are not allowed if the Goods have been specially made to order or personalised to your requirements.
You can post your item to our Returns Centre using the Returns sticker provided with your order or use our free Drop Off Service available at any ROX store. If you have mislaid your original returns form one can be downloaded by going to our Return Guidelines page and clicking on the link.

When you open an item on our web site, the Diamond Guide section describes the Cut, Colour, Clarity, Carat Weight, Polish, Symmetry and Proportions.
Each diamond is handpicked and graded by our in-house gemologist using the state of the art equipment to determine the colour, cut and clarity. The diamond is supplied with a Diamond Report from us that confirms the details shown in the diamond guide section.
To give you extra piece of mind, many of our diamonds are also supplied with an independent Diamond Report from the GIA, IGI, HRD or EGL - the world’s leading diamond grading laboratories. If your diamond is supplied with an independent Diamond Report, you can view the report by clicking on the View Report button under the picture.

Visit ROX at least once a year to have your jewellery professionally cleaned and checked. Don’t wear your jewellery while doing heavy or rough work and avoid contact with gritty substances. Even though a diamond is durable, it can be chipped by a hard blow.
Remove your jewellery when applying everyday lotions such as sunscreen and perfume. Lotions create a film on your jewellery and can even penetrate some porous coloured gemstones. Don’t let your jewellery come in contact with chlorine bleach or harsh chemicals when you are doing household chores.
Store each item of jewellery separately to avoid scratches. Keep chains fastened and lay them flat so they don’t get tangled up.
Clean your jewellery periodically. Gently rub platinum, gold and silver jewellery with a jewellery Cloth to maximize the shine. Diamonds can be brought to life by careful cleaning with a soft brush or jewellery cleaner. Don’t use abrasive cleaners on your jewellery. Over time, platinum develops a natural patina that many people prefer over the “as new” appearance. When this happens, you can have your jewellery refurbished to Look like new again.

Pure gold is naturally yellow. It can be given a white appearance by mixing it with other base metals. All white gold jewellery is enhanced by rhodium plating to give a highly reflective appearance.
General wear, polishing or buffing will eventually result in the rhodium plating being removed. This is normal for white gold. To maintain the highly reflective rhodium finish of white gold jewellery, we advise that you have it periodically refurbished to look like new again.

Silver will tarnish over time. Regular cleaning and polishing will restore the original look of silver. Silver is a soft precious metal so re-adjusting of clasps and fittings may be required. You should treat catches, links and stems on earrings with particular care.

Each brand and model of watch has its own specific care guidelines and you should refer to the manufacturer’s instructions manual provided with your watch. ROX is authorised by all of the leading insurers to supply replacement items direct to policy holders and we are authorised to accept LMG Gemcheck Vouchers. If your insurance company suggests an alternative jeweller that you are not happy to use or if they suggest a reduced cash settlement, we suggest you refer them to the Financial Ombudsman News, October 2001 here. The Financial Ombudsman ruled that policyholders should be allowed to choose where they purchase a replacement and they are entitled to a cash settlement if they cannot find an acceptable alternative. In such circumstances, the Financial Ombudsman regards it unreasonable for the insurer to make a deduction from the cash settlement to represent the discount it would have got if the policyholder had bought the replacement from one of the insurer’s nominated suppliers.
