Favourite hotel?
I love staying in the Malmaison or the Vermont! Both equally as chic.

Best brunch spot?
The Botanist for brunch is the best! It’s located amongst the hustle and bustle of lots of other bars and restaurants so it’s super fun and lively. The view is also very Instagrammable… what more could you want?

Unsung hero of Newcastle?
Definitely Stack. It has lots of little cute bars and food stalls outdoors with fairy lights and heaters in the heart of the city centre. The atmosphere at the weekend is amazing and it just so happens to be beside ROX. The best part is dogs are allowed!

One to watch?
Ouseburn – it’s a fab area just off the Quayside with a vegan restaurant. It’s very up and coming with some hipster vibes, I predict it will be the hot spot in the next few years. You heard it here first!

Where do the locals hang out?
Stack for during the day but club wise everyone wants to be in Aveika and Livello. For a bank holiday the bars at Jesmond are a vibe!

A taste of Newcastle?
I love Gusto! I always have a fab time there. Carluccio’s is also very underrated – had the best meal with my parents there.

“FOR THAT ‘SATURDAY NIGHT OUT WITH THE GIRLS’ PIC EVERYONE LOVES REVOLUCION DE CUBA BATHROOM IS GOALS”

How to party like a Geordie?
It’s a close call between Livello and Tup Tup. I also love House of Smith on a Thursday!

Instagram worthy cocktails?
You cannot beat The Alchemist! If you’re a bit of a geek or into Harry Potter it’s the place for you… science meets alcohol, I love it!

Instagram worthy spots?
The Great British Cupcakery – if you want to do it for the gram here is your spot! Flower walls, cherry blossom tree, pink furniture with gold accents… it’s so cute. For that ‘Saturday night out with the girls’ pic everyone loves Revolucion De Cuba bathroom is goals and has excellent lighting – thank me later.

T total side of Newcastle?
Sunday strolls along the Quayside definitely. It has the cutest market there too!

Best coffee stop?
Call me basic but I’m a Starbucks gal! However, If you want a coffee with a view head to Pitcher & Piano.

Fun fact about Newcastle?
Nobody knows about this ever… Newcastle actually has a castle would you believe! It’s totally worth a visit, the history is so interesting.

Winter or summer in Newcastle?
That’s a tough one as there is so much to offer during both seasons. I would have to say summer especially when the weather is as good as last year!
