Building a watch collection is a lifelong journey with big brand milestones along the way. However, there comes a time when you are ready to invest in something new. By trading in your old watch, you can take your next step on the watch collection ladder. Simply send us the details about your watch and we will prepare a quote. If you are happy with the price we can offer, you can then trade in your of your old watch as a deposit or payemnt in full for a new one.
Watch Sizing Guide
We offer a complimentary watch bracelet sizing service to ensure the perfect fit of your new watch. Finding the right size for your timepiece couldn't be easier. If you don't know your wrist size, simply download and print our sizing guide which includes a handy measuring tool. Simply, cut out and wrap the measuring tool around your wrist to find your wrist size. Once you've placed your order, email us with your wrist size and we'll use the details you provide to size your new timepiece prior to shipping. If you find the fit uncomfortable after delivery, simply pop into your nearest ROX boutique or authorised dealer to measure your wrist size and adjust it for you.

Free Next Day delivery via DPD is available on all UK orders. Orders under £250 will arrive the next day after dispatch. Orders over £250 are guaranteed for delivery before 1pm on the next day after dispatch.
Click & Collect
Due to COVID restrictions, Click & Collect is not currently available in Scotland. We can ship your order to ROX Leeds, ROX Liverpool or ROX Newcastle for collection. We'll send you a confirmation email to say that your order is ready to collect and you'll need to bring photographic ID with you. You must book an appointment for your collection before visiting. Please note that inter-store transfers can take 2-3 days to arrive in the shop.

We'll then use the details you provide to size your new timepiece prior to shipping or alternatively we can provide this service in our boutiques. However, if you still find yourself struggling with the fit following delivery simply pop into your nearest ROX boutique and we'll be happy to help. This service is available for all deployment strap and bracelet timepieces.
