HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

FIND WHAT YOU WANT TO BUY

You can browse our jewellery by selecting the product category links near the top of the home page. Alternatively, you can use our Advanced Search engine on the top right of your screen. When you select a product category or perform an Advanced Search, thumbnail images and outline descriptions of the jewellery that match your criteria appears. You can filter the list on the left by the various options such as price, range, cut or carat. You can also sort your chosen category by popularity, price and range in order to view how you prefer.

To get more information about a product, click the product to see its product information page. There you'll find:

- Image's and description of the item
- The item's availability
- Recommended related jewellery
- Further information including ROX Solid Guarantee, Price Promise and Contact Me feature
- The buttons you need to add the item to your Shopping Basket or Wishlist

ADD IT TO YOUR SHOPPING BAG

The Shopping Bag is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from your Shopping Basket if you change your mind. When you find a product that you'd like to buy, click the 'Add to Bag' button on the item's product information page. You can access your cart at anytime by rolling over the 'shopping bag' in the top right hand side of the home page. Once you have added a product it shows you the quantity, description and subtotal of any product(s) you've put into your bag.

FILL IN THE ORDER FORM

Once you've reviewed all the items you wish to buy and have added them to your bag, you can select any gift message or additional giftwrap you may require. You can begin the checkout process by clicking the 'Pay by Card, Pay by Amazon, Pay by Pal or Pay by Finance.

PAY BY CARD
If this is the first time you have ordered online from ROX, you have the choice to create an account or checkout as a guest. If you already have an online account with ROX, simply enter your email address and password. Enter your email address; a password; your payment card / delivery address and your credit card details. The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. When you're ready to complete your order, click the ‘Place Order’ button.

PAY BY FINANCE
If this is the first time you have ordered online from ROX, you have the choice to create an account or checkout as a guest. If you already have an online account with ROX, simply enter your email address and password. Enter your email address; a password; your payment card and billing address. Select the finance option and deposit amount. The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. When you're ready to complete your order, click the ‘Place Order’ button. You will be taken to the V12 Finance website so you can apply online. Simply follow the instructions.

PAY BY AMAZON OR PAY BY PAYPAL
If you already have an account with Amazon or Paypal, you can use these options for faster checkout. Simply enter your email address and password for your Amazon or PayPal. Once you have placed your order, you will see the Order Confirmation page. We'll also send you a confirmation via e-mail. We'll also send you an e-mail message when your order is picked and when we dispatch the order to you.

CREATING A WISH LIST

You can add products to a Wish List at anytime. This enables you to keep a record of selected items you may want to buy later. Before you can create a wish list, you need to register with the site to create an account. This won't take too long. Simply enter your name, password and contact details when prompted.
