• The minimum spend on a new item for a trade-in must be at least of twice the trade-in valuation for your diamond.
• We do not accept trade-ins for lab grown diamonds, coloured stones, multi-stone rings, earrings, or pendants.
• We cannot guarantee a trade-in. Our ability to accept your trade-in is subject to market conditions at the time.
Step 1 - Share Your Diamond's Story Begin by telling us about your current diamond. Provide details online or visit our stores for a personal consultation. We require a completed form and photographs of your diamond, sent to help@rox.co.uk for an initial quotation.
Step 2 - Get Your Quotation We'll assess your diamond's details and offer a provisional trade-in quotation. This is based on the initial information supplied by and will need to be finalised after a physical inspection. Remember, we cannot guarantee a trade-in. Our ability to accept your trade-in is subject to market conditions at the time.
Step 3 - Upgrade and Shine If you are happy with our provisional quotation, we'll take your diamond in for a detailed assessment. Post verification of its quality and certification (GIA, IGI, or HRD), we'll issue a voucher for your new diamond purchase. You can complete your purchase with various payment options, including cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or Finance. Remember, the new item you choose should meet our minimum spend requirement, which is at least two times the trade-in valuation.
