Elevate Your Diamond with Three Simple Steps Are you ready to enhance your diamond jewellery? Upgrading with our 'Grow Your ROX' program is straightforward and rewarding. We value your affection for diamonds and aim to make your upgrade seamless and enjoyable. However, remember that the diamond market fluctuates like stocks and shares, and prices can go down as well as up. If we're not currently handling the diamond quality you purchased, we cannot guarantee a trade-in. Follow these three easy steps to assess your diamond's brilliance and charm. Key Trade-In Criteria: Step 1 - Share Your Diamond's Story Begin by telling us about your current diamond. Provide details online or visit our stores for a personal consultation. We require a completed form and photographs of your diamond, sent to help@rox.co.uk for an initial quotation. Step 2 - Get Your Quotation We'll assess your diamond's details and offer a provisional quotation. This is based on initial information and will be finalized after physical inspection. Remember, the new item you choose should meet our minimum spend requirement, which is at least 2 times your original ring's value. The trade-in is also subject to our ability to accommodate the specific quality of your diamond in the current market. Step 3 - Upgrade and Shine Upon agreement, send us your diamond for a detailed assessment. Post verification of its quality and certification (GIA, IGI, or HRD), we'll issue a voucher for your new diamond purchase. You can complete your purchase with various payment options, including cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or Finance. Embark on your 'Grow Your ROX' journey today and let your diamond outshine the rest. Book an appointment with our experts to get started. Grow Your ROX
