HASSLE FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You’re welcome to return any unwanted items for an exchange or full refund. Simply let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds on items that have been specially made, personalised or altered to your specifications (such as engraved pieces).

All items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with the swing tag in-tact and accompanying documents (including guarantees and valuations). We cannot accept returns that are used, damaged, incomplete or soiled. Once received, exchanges will be processed the same day and refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

ONLINE PURCHASES

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to return items purchased through www.rox.co.uk for a full refund, provided you notify ROX of your intention within 14 days of receiving your order (or, for multiple‑item orders, within 14 days of receiving the final item). You will then have an additional 14 days from the date of your notification to return the goods.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of ROX receiving the returned items. All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, in the original packaging, and with the security tag intact.


INSTORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in any ROX boutique may be returned for an exchange or credit note within 14 days, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and sales receipt.


FAULTY GOODS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item you receive is faulty or unfit for purpose, and you notify us within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or replacement. After the initial 30‑day period, we will repair the item free of charge—or replace it, at our discretion—provided the fault is reported within six months of purchase. If a repair or replacement within this period is unsuccessful, you will be offered a full refund. After six months, your statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

 

 

Chosen the wrong ring size?

Don't worry if the ring isn’t the perfect fit straight away — your first resize is complimentary to ensure it feels just right. If we can’t resize your ring, we’ll exchange it for the correct size within 90 days of purchase. You can visit any ROX boutique where our experts will measure your partner’s finger and arrange the resize in our workshop. Simple adjustments, such as moving a size or two up or down, are usually completed within a few days, and we even offer a same‑day service in Glasgow for urgent requests. More complex ring sizings may require additional time, and we’ll advise you during your visit.

If you prefer, we can also organise secure courier collection, resize your ring in our workshop and return it to you. Use the complimentary finger sizer included with your order to confirm the correct size and request a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) so we can arrange collection on a day that suits you.

 

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return your order to any ROX boutique or post it back to us. If you’re looking to exchange an item, we recommend checking availability online first to avoid disappointment. Please ensure your unwanted item reaches us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel, with the security tag still attached and intact. If your purchase included a free gift, this must also be returned to qualify for a refund.

If you prefer to post your item, simply follow the steps below to request a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Once approved, you’ll receive an email containing your RMA, packing slip and shipping label. Print the label and attach it securely to your parcel. Please note that you are responsible for posting the item back to us and for the cost of postage.

Print off the packing slip and the address label. Carefully pack your item in the original packaging along with all your paperwork. Place the packing slip in the box so we can process your return quickly. Attach the shipping label to your parcel.

Ship your parcel to us via a secure courier. When you have shipped it, please confirm the shipping reference. Alternatively, drop off your parcel at your nearest ROX showroom.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

If you’ve received the wrong item, please email us at returns@rox.co.uk and we’ll take care of it right away. We’ll post the correct item to you and collect the incorrect one on a day that works best for you.
