Click & Collect offers all the convenience of buying online without the need to wait at home for your delivery. When you visit, we provide you with a full handover of your purchase so you are familiar with it. We will talk you through the features of your item, explain how to care for it and make sure that the warranty is activated (along with any extensions). We will check the fit (ie. finger size, wrist size) and organise sizing if required. CLICK & COLLECT
WHERE CAN I USE THE CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE? Click & Click is available from ROX Glasgow, ROX Edinburgh, ROX Leeds, ROX Liverpool, ROX Newcastle and ROX London. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY? If the item you are ordering is already in-store, it will be ready straight away. If your order is in another shop, then it can take 2-3 days to arrive in-store. Occasionally your order may take a little longer, but if that's the case we will contact you to let you know. We will contact you when the order is ready to collect via email, text or phone to arrange a convenient time for you to collect. HOW TO ORDER Browse rox.co.uk, add your chosen item(s) to your bag and checkout. At checkout, chose Pick In-Store. Find and chose your nearest showroom from the list and complete checkout with your preferred payment method. You will need to enter your billing address for your card. We’ll contact you once your order is ready and arrange a convenient time for you to collect. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WHEN I COME TO COLLECT? To combat fraud, only the card holder is authorised to collect your order. You will also need to bring the following with you when collecting your order: 1. A copy of your order acknowledgement email (a copy on your mobile device is fine). 2. The original payment card (we will use this card using Chip & Pin to verify your order where a card payment has been made) 3. Two forms of identification:
